Damian Ridgeway (he/him) is our shop owner and a talented tattoo artist with over 20 years of experience, specializing in Black & Gray, Cover-ups, Neo-Traditional, Bio-Mechanical tattoos. He was an artist at Hybrid Image for over 10 years before taking over as owner in 2022.
Damian's favorite things to tattoo are superheroes, comic book characters, and other geeky pop-culture stuff! He is a proud father, farter, and drummer.

Joey Borger (he/him) is a tattoo artist with 12+ years of experience specializing in Neo-Traditional, Black & Gray, and large-scale tattoos. When he's not working, Joey can be found cruising on his motorcycle, listening to podcasts, or playing Guitar & Vocals in his band Desert Chrome.

Nick Glavan (he/him) has been tattooing in Cincinnati for over 13 years. He always had a passion for the arts and landed his apprenticeship only a few short years after high school. While he can take a crack at any style, he specializes in Japanese, Illustrative, and Neo-Traditional tattoos. Outside of work, he doesn't take himself too seriously!

Liv Cassinelli (she/they) is a graduate from the University of Cincinnati's DAAP program who made the switch to tattooing after several years working as an Animator & Graphic Designer in the corporate world. She is keen on Neo-Traditional, Abstract, Minimalist, and Ignorant tattoo styles. Liv has a wide range of experience and even tattooed internationally when she was living in New Zealand!
Liv also manages our shop's website, email, and socials! When she isn't at the studio, you can find Liv at the library, watching cartoons, or hangin' out with her two sphynx cats.

Davey Parrott (he/him) is just a silly lil fella. He started his apprenticeship here at Hybrid Image under Damian back in 2022 and has been kickin' ass ever since! His specialty is Illustrative, Neo-Traditional, and New School.
In his free time Davey loves to doodle goofy characters, play Dungeons & Dragons, and chill at a coffee shop.

Aron Gangwish (they/them) is the newest addition to our talented team. They dove headfirst into the world of tattooing through a local apprenticeship in 2023 and quickly gravitated towards Fine Line and Contemporary styles.
